What You’ll Be Working On
- Work on a mix of equipment: Cranes (including Broderson), Forklifts & lift trucks, Telehandlers (SkyTrak), Diesel, gas, and LP engines, Hydraulic and electrical systems
- Variety of equipment
- Real troubleshooting—not just parts swapping
- Opportunity to expand your skillset
What Your Day Looks Like
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions
- Keep equipment safe, reliable, and job-site ready
- Document work clearly and accurately
What You Bring
- Experience working on heavy equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery
- Strong troubleshooting skills—you can figure things out
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Basic tools preferred (specialty tools provided)
- Able to safely handle tools, materials, and equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with cranes or construction equipment
- Chauffeur’s license or willingness to obtain (we can help)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check and drug screening
