Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment with precision and expertise.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine repair solutions quickly and accurately.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment complies with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed service and repair records.
- Respond to field service calls as needed to minimize equipment downtime.
- Communicate repair needs and and timelines with Director of Facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience with construction or heavy machinery, including hydraulics & electric systems.
- Ability to assess, question, evaluate, and report on equipment performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver’s License and clean 5-year driving record.
- OSHA 10
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 75 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $37.00 - $41.00/hour
Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
