Heavy Equipment Loader Operator

Job Description

Are you safety-driven, reliable, and ready to operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment? As a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly—moving materials, supporting production, and maintaining a safe and efficient yard.

• Safely operate loaders and heavy equipment in accordance with company standards
• Complete required training, including Sibelco safety procedures and driving assessments
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report any safety concerns
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and fuel equipment safely
• Load trucks and production hoppers with assigned materials
• Accurately track load counts and material movement
• Transport materials to storage areas, bunkers, or staging zones
• Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow all PPE requirements and company safety policies
• Operate additional equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.) after completing on-site training
