Average Service Truck

• Cat 305 mini
• Cat 6015B excavator
• Bulldozers: D3, D11, and others
• Off-road trucks: 730’s to 777 rigid frame haul trucks
• Cat loaders: 299 Skid loader, 930, 950, 966, 972, 980, 988 loaders

A Typical Day

• Set up and carry out a fuel route while greasing and topping off fluids on vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Prepares and maintains records and reports.
• Wet line fueling equipment experience required.
• Must be able to travel to various job sites.
• Comply with ALL D.O.T rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Average service truck is less than 5 years old and meticulously maintained

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow all safety practices and procedures
• Fueling/Greasing equipment according to manufacturer’s maintenance manuals
• Must be able to use a computer e.g. Windows, Microsoft Outlook
• Operation of vehicles and equipment
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions proficiently
• Work extended hours’ outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work all shifts and weekends

Requirements

• Must have Class B CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements, or willingness to obtain one, and a clean driving record
