Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on diesel engines and related systems.
- Repair and replace defective components in excavators, dozers, dump trucks, and tractor trailers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all repairs.
- Collaborate with field and shop teams to coordinate repairs efficiently.
- Ensure safety compliance in all repair and maintenance activities.
- Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals as part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic working on heavy equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Experience servicing excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and tractor trailers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in both shop and field settings.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with company policy.

Location
Full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for overtime during peak workload periods. Location Based out of 4 Seasons Demolition Inc, with shop responsibilities and occasional field service travel.
