About the role

The Junior Accountant will assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintain accounting records, and support the finance team in various financial reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Support the finance team in financial reporting tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred but not required
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
