Heavy Duty Specialist

Responsibilities

• Gets a charge out of helping customers with their heavy-duty parts questions, and parts needs.
• Driven to share knowledge about heavy duty part features, benefits, and warranty info.
• Shifts into high gear in our fast-paced retail stores.
• Jumps into helping team members.
• Able to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
• Steers toward continuous improvement in store processes and procedures.
• Strives to be winners in professional appearance, attitude, and performance.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS.
• Passion for delivering Customer Care.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Able to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and/or Reliable Transportation.

Pay

This position offers an hourly pay of $19.38. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
