We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About Scales Sales & Service (company description) - could be "About the role"? Actually "About Scales Sales & Service" is company description; we can put under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings. The posting includes: - About Scales Sales & Service (company overview) -> could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the position summary. We have "Position Summary". That could be "About the role". We'll put that under

About the role

. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". That's responsibilities. - Requirements: there is "Qualifications Required" and "Preferred". Those are qualifications. Could split into Requirements (required) and maybe Skills? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says we can use those headings; we need to decide which content fits. We have: - Qualifications Required (list) - Preferred (list) maybe could be Skills? Or we could treat "Qualifications" heading for required qualifications, and "Skills" for preferred? Or we could combine required and preferred under Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think. We have also "What We Offer" which includes benefits: competitive pay, weekly pay, company vehicle, training, career advancement, health/dental/vision, paid holidays/PTO, retirement plan, stable employment. That's benefits and also pay info. So we can have

Benefits

with list of benefits. Pay: "Competitive pay based on experience" and "Weekly pay". That's specific pay info. So we can have

Pay

with those two points. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; there is mention of occasional after-hours/weekend service calls, travel, occasional overnight stays. That's schedule info but not explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday 8-5". Could we create Schedule section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does mention schedule aspects: "Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend service calls as needed." "Willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays." That's schedule-related. So we could include a Schedule section with those points. Now we need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. Company description: "Scales Sales and Service (SS&S) has been a trusted provider of industrial weighing solutions throughout the Midwest and West Regions (NE, CO, WY, KS, MO). We specialize in the sales, installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial weighing systems. Our commitment to precision, reliability, and exceptional customer service has made us a valued partner across industries including transportation, manufacturing, agriculture, recycling, logistics, and food processing." Position Summary: "As a Heavy-Duty Scale Technician, you'll install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain truck scales and industrial weighing equipment at customer locations throughout the Omaha, NE region. This position combines mechanical, electrical, and customer service skills in a hands-on field environment. You'll work independently while representing Scales Sales and Service with professionalism and integrity, ensuring customers receive accurate, reliable weighing systems that meet regulatory standards." Responsibilities bullet list: we need to keep each bullet as
  • . Qualifications Required bullet list. Preferred bullet list. What We Offer bullet list. Work Environment paragraph: "This is a field-based position requiring travel to customer facilities throughout Nebraska and surrounding areas. Work environments include manufacturing plants, warehouses, trucking terminals, agricultural operations, recycling facilities, and construction sites. Duties may require working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions." Why Join Scales Sales & Service? paragraph: "At Scales Sales & Service, our technicians are the face of our business. We invest in our employees by providing quality training, modern equipment, and opportunities to build long-term careers. If you're looking for a rewarding career where your technical skills make a real impact, we encourage you to apply." We need to decide where to put these paragraphs. Possibly "About the role" includes position summary and maybe why join? But we can also add a section "Work Environment". However the allowed headings list does not include Work Environment; but we can still use other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map all content into those headings. If something doesn't fit, we could incorporate into existing sections. We can put "Work Environment" details under Responsibilities or About the role? Maybe under Responsibilities as part of duties? But it's more about environment. Could add to "About the role". Or we could create a "Skills" section for certain skills? But we have skills list in qualifications. Better to use: -

    About the role

: includes company description and position summary and maybe why join? But we need to avoid duplication. -

    Responsibilities

    : the "What You'll Do" list. -

    Requirements

: maybe the "Qualifications Required" list. -

    Qualifications

: maybe the "Preferred" list? Or we could treat "Qualifications" as both required and preferred, but we already used Requirements for required. Could combine but we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications, and skills under Skills (like specific technical skills). But the preferred list includes experience, knowledge, etc. That could be Skills. Let's map: Requirements (h3): Required qualifications list. Qualifications (h3): Preferred qualifications list? Or maybe we treat Qualifications as the combined required+preferred? But we already used Requirements for required; we could rename Required as Requirements and Preferred as Qualifications. That seems okay. Skills (h3): Could list specific skills like mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, customer service, CDL, lifting, computer skills, etc. But those are already in required. Might be redundant. Better: Use: - About the role: company overview + position summary + why join? (makes a substantive section) - Responsibilities: What You'll Do list. - Requirements: Required qualifications list. - Qualifications: Preferred qualifications list. - Benefits: What We Offer list (including pay? but we have separate Pay) - Pay: Competitive pay based on experience; Weekly pay. - Schedule: Occasional after-hours/weekend service calls; willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays. We also have Work Environment paragraph; we could fold into About the role or Responsibilities. Perhaps add to About the role after position summary. Let's craft. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's write:
