Heavy Civil Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, mini excavators, and rollers
• Perform sitework tasks including excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and utilize GPS systems for precise work
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Support the team in achieving safety and productivity goals
• Maintain a clean and safety-focused jobsite

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience
• Experience in civil, sitework, or excavation projects preferred
• Ability to read plans and drawings
• Knowledge of trench safety and safe equipment operation
• Familiarity with GPS machine control systems preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute or relocate to Redmond, OR
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and commitment to safety
