Heavy Civil Concrete Senior Project Manager

About the role

Lead complex concrete projects from concept through completion, ensuring project success within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proven leadership and management experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
