Repairs complex electrical equipment, including automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems and alarms.

Installs electrical equipment with minimal instructions.

Detects and replaces defective control modules.

Performs complex wiring assignments.

Installs power, light, electronic, and control circuits.

Installs, maintains and repairs all HVAC Systems.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided: WV: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License
OH: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License
Valid driver’s license.

Five (5) years’ experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber.
Ten (10) years’ experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber (preferred).

Inspect, test, maintain, repair and install electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs.
Perform preventative maintenance activities.
Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
Operate water softener system as assigned.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests and pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices.
Safely use various hand and power tools.
Install new or replacement equipment.

Requires full range of body motions, including handling and lifting heavy items up to 100 pounds.
Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
Frequent working in very extreme heat and humidity.

Ability to make decisions and use good judgment.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Knowledge, skill and ability to install, adjust, maintain and replace parts and equipment.
Able to visually identify colors.
