Heating and Cooling Technician

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field specialist driving high-quality technical execution across residential and commercial HVAC projects. This role empowers you to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems while mentoring the next generation of apprentices in the field. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong knowledge of advanced HVAC systems, complex electrical controls, and specialized refrigeration cycles.
• Proven ability to safely operate specialized diagnostic tools and heavy hand or power equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a dedicated commitment to maintaining a safe driving record.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in confined spaces or extreme temperatures.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is strictly required for daily field duties.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated HVAC service experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Valid NATE Certifications or equivalent technical credentials.
• Experience servicing advanced commercial rooftop units, heavy boilers, chillers, or detailed refrigeration infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of commercial building automation systems and technical electrical controls.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
