Heating & Air Experienced Installer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cultivate daily safety briefings.
• Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
• Maintain condition, functionality, and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
• Install all types of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial customer applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all types of HVAC equipment.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to newer and more efficient equipment.
• Always prioritize the safety of oneself and coworkers.
• Be available to work after hours when needed.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects.
• Push, pull, lift, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.
