Heathers Manor - LPN (1 weekday, EO Saturday/Sunday & On Call)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and the Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home (assisted living or long‑term care preferred but not required).
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen, and any other pre‑employment screenings (physical, TB test, fingerprinting) as required by state/local guidelines.

Pay

$30‑$34 per hour, based on qualifications.

Schedule

Part‑time temporary (October‑November) with possibility of extension; work one day during the week (Monday‑Friday) and every other Saturday/Sunday, with potential on‑call shifts as needed.
