Hearing Instrument Specialist / Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser

Responsibilities

• Congduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to assess patient needs
• Recommend and dispense hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
• educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
• deliver Beltone’s exclusive Belcare® Promise, ensuring a best-in-class patient experience
• build long-term patient relationships through follow-up care and trust
• participate in community outreach and local engagement initiatives
• collaborate with teammates to support clinic and patient success

Requirements

• Active Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist license OR Au.D. eligible to dispense in NV
• 1+ year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
• Strong communication, empathy, and consultative approach to patient care
• Pioneered ability to meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited hearing instrument specialist program
• Passing score on the Commission on Certification of Hearing Aid Specialists (CCHAS) exam or equivalent

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
