Position Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating hearing aid candidacy, recommending and fitting hearing aids, and building lasting relationships with patients through education, follow-up care, and community engagement. You will work in a retail-based clinical environment that combines professional autonomy with strong operational support.

Responsibilities

  • C conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using best-practice clinical protocols
  • I interpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions based on patient needs and lifestyle
  • P present product options clearly, emphasizing value, long-term benefits, and patient outcomes
  • P program, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including new, premium technology from major manufacturers
  • R perform routine follow-up visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairs
  • M maintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measures
  • D deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinical outcomes
  • C collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • C Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role (required)
  • S Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills
  • S Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient-friendly manner
  • S Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting
  • S Commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care
  • S Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
