Hearing Ambassador (Patient Care Coordinator)

About the role

We’re hiring energetic, friendly people to work inside Sam’s Club as Hearing Ambassadors. In this role you’ll talk with members, educate them about hearing health, and help schedule appointments with our hearing specialists. No hearing experience is needed—we’ll provide training.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Sam’s Club members to discuss hearing health.
• Educate members about hearing care and available services.
• Assist members in scheduling appointments with hearing specialists.

• Enjoy talking with people.
• Like helping others.
• Dependable and organized.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
