Hearing Ambassador

About the role

NationsBenefits is a Healthcare Fintech provider of supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement solutions. We partner with managed care organizations to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that drive growth, improve outcomes, reduce costs, and bring value to members. This role supports licensed dispensers in meeting goals and fulfilling daily duties at a Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Grand Prairie, TX.

Responsibilities

• Master all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services
• Engage Members to set the stage for full hearing tests and purchases
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers
• Secure at least 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the on-site specialist or audiologist
• Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products to Members without hearing loss (50 % sales increase expected)
• Use a handheld screener (where state regulations permit) to generate qualified leads
• Follow up with past tested Members and medical referrals to schedule return visits
• Represent the HAC at Sam’s Club events, Hearing Aid Center events, and external marketing events
• Work primarily on the club floor (95 % of time) intercepting Members and scheduling tests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience
• Experience with PC hardware and software, including general computer and Internet knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Previous experience scheduling patient or customer appointments
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
