Hearing Advisor

About the role

We are looking for representatives to join a medical device team on an initial contract basis, supporting a new product. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to individuals who have inquired about or are in the process of purchasing the product, and helping coordinate the scheduling of medical appointments needed for diagnosis and product referral.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Coordinate scheduling of medical appointments for diagnosis and product referral.
• Support the launch of a new medical device product.

Requirements

Contract position based in Hopkins, MN; fully onsite work environment. Application deadline: Oct 22, 2026.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Completed college degree with customer service experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.63 – $21.63 per hour.
