About the role
The Field Implementation Specialist is an entry-level, customer-facing role responsible for supporting on-site product installations and driving successful conversions in hospital environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving in real time, and interacting directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on product installations, device setup, and on-site support during customer conversions within hospital environments, meeting established timelines and quality expectations
- Execute assigned implementation activities while assisting Implementation, Clinical, and Sales teams in delivering customer implementation plans
- Serve as an on-site representative of Regard, providing clear, professional communication and building trust with hospital staff and stakeholders
- Support field sales efforts by reinforcing product value and assisting with equipment preparation, training sessions, and in-servicing activities
- Conduct basic technical troubleshooting in real time, escalating issues appropriately and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Track progress against implementation milestones, communicate updates to stakeholders, and complete required reports, documentation, and follow-up materials
- Identify, document, and communicate issues, constraints, and opportunities for product standardization and process improvement to supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams to support successful execution of customer agreements and contribute field insights; assist with additional projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field required
- Prior internship, academic project, or part-time experience in healthcare, clinical environments, technical fieldwork, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Mechanical proficiency and ability to use simple tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with hospital staff and represent the Regard brand effectively
- Basic mechanical aptitude, including comfort using simple tools and performing hands-on equipment setup and adjustments
- Able to learn and communicate product value, supporting customer understanding and adoption during on-site interactions
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, follow defined processes, and escalate appropriately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Able to work independently while following direction from supervisors and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

- Ability to travel 75% or higher
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to learn internal systems for tracking, reporting, and communication
