HealthFront Associate PRN

About the Role

Welcomes and assists visitors and patients to Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Introduces consumers to the depth and breadth of services offered by SMHCS and assists them in finding solutions for their healthcare needs. Serves as a brand advocate for SMHCS.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service setting.
• Constant approachability; ability for persons who need assistance to see the associate's smile, read lips, and hear voice clearly to ensure consistent and distinct communication.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate.

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse public.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal relations and customer service skills that reflect the standards of SMHCS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
