Healthcare Transactions Counsel

Role: Healthcare Transactions Counsel Responsibilities Advise on legal and regulatory issues in healthcare-related corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, operator transitions, and facility closures.Prepare and submit licensure, CHOW, and other filings with Federal and State agencies.Negotiate regulatory terms to ensure compliance and minimize legal risk.Develop and manage systems for collecting, organizing, and tracking healthcare regulatory data across business segments. Qualifications & Skills JD degree with 4+ years of regulatory and transactional healthcare experience, either at a law firm or in-house.Deep knowledge of Federal and State healthcare laws, licensing, and Medicare/Medicaid standards.Strong communication skills to convey complex legal topics to senior teams.Preferred experience in senior living sectors.
