Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale enterprise Oracle Supply Chain implementation from execution through go-live.
- Cook up project activities across business, technical, and implementation teams.
- Partner closely with Oracle implementation partners and third-party vendors, including GHX and Tecsys.
- Drive project schedules, milestones, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Facilitate executive-level status meetings, steering committee updates, and project governance.
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies based on previous implementation experience.
- Ensure accountability across cross-functional teams through consistent follow-up and execution.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, action items, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Foster collaboration while keeping project teams focused on deliverables and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations within healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated success leading projects through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience using Jira for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience implementing:
- Oracle Cloud Supply Chain
- Oracle Procurement
- Oracle Inventory Management
- Oracle Warehouse Management
- Experience Integrating Oracle With GHX
- Tecsys Experience
- Working with large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Houston-area candidates are strongly preferred.
Supply Chain Knowledge Required
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of enterprise healthcare supply chain operations, including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Procurement operations
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Materials Management
- Supply Chain terminology and workflows
- Enterprise system integrations
- Healthcare supply chain best practices
