Healthcare Supply Chain Oracle Implementation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large-scale enterprise Oracle Supply Chain implementation from execution through go-live.
  • Cook up project activities across business, technical, and implementation teams.
  • Partner closely with Oracle implementation partners and third-party vendors, including GHX and Tecsys.
  • Drive project schedules, milestones, issue resolution, and risk management.
  • Facilitate executive-level status meetings, steering committee updates, and project governance.
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies based on previous implementation experience.
  • Ensure accountability across cross-functional teams through consistent follow-up and execution.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, action items, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
  • Foster collaboration while keeping project teams focused on deliverables and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations within healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and go-live.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience implementing:
    • Oracle Cloud Supply Chain
    • Oracle Procurement
    • Oracle Inventory Management
    • Oracle Warehouse Management
  • Experience Integrating Oracle With GHX
  • Tecsys Experience
  • Working with large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
  • Houston-area candidates are strongly preferred.

Supply Chain Knowledge Required

  • Candidates should possess practical knowledge of enterprise healthcare supply chain operations, including:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Procurement operations
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management
    • Materials Management
    • Supply Chain terminology and workflows
    • Enterprise system integrations
    • Healthcare supply chain best practices
