Description

Lead all field operations for ground-up healthcare construction projects
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee quality control, inspections, and safety compliance
Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges
Mentor and develop junior field staff and assistant superintendents
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Profile

5+ years of experience as a Healthcare Superintendent
Ground-up healthcare construction experience required
ACHA experience preferred
Experience delivering healthcare projects valued at $20M+ preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes and requirements
Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
College degree preferred but not required
