Position: Multilingual Inpatient Hospitalist Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $170 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Review inpatient documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness.Evaluate AI-generated inpatient notes against standard hospitalist documentation.Annotate inpatient encounter data following detailed guidelines.Flag omissions, hallucinations, and inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.Provide structured feedback for engineering and product teams.Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and documentation standards. Requirements MD in hospitalist or internal medicine with strong relevant experience and a current inpatient practice.Hands-on experience writing and reading H&Ps, progress notes, and discharge summaries.Advanced proficiency in English and at least one other language such as Spanish, Chinese, or Russian.Familiarity with Epic and prior AI/ML annotation or model evaluation experience is preferred.
