Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000
• Variable Comp: $22,000
• Available Management by Objectives (MBO) Bonus: $8,000
• Total Comp Target: $100,000

About the Role

We're looking for a people-focused Account Manager who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems quickly, and helping clients succeed. This role works closely with the sales team and internal departments to support and grow partnerships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to support and grow client relationships
• Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, helping ensure their needs are met
• Maintain regular communication with both decision-makers and office staff
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service
• Stay on top of client issues, follow up promptly, and troubleshoot effectively
• Track performance and report on key metrics (KPIs)

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in outside account management or outside sales in Business to Business (B2B) or Outside Business to Consumer (B2C)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence, adaptability, and a desire to learn and grow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel locally in your assigned area

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM

• Comfort working independently as well as part of a team
