Job Summary

Securitas Security Services is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer for a full-time position in Great Falls, MT. The role offers competitive pay at $18.00/hr with flexible schedules from Friday evening to Tuesday morning, and Wednesday to Sunday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site

Requirements

• Aged 18 or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
