Responsibilities

• Promote company mission, vision, and values
• Ensure timely staffing and scheduling of field staff based on client preferences
• Follow up with staff, patients, families, and physicians regarding care reports and communications
• Maintain accurate client rosters
• Provide effective communication to clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in professional development and maintain competency
• Schedule caregivers to meet client needs
• Deliver concierge-level customer service to employees and clients
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a general office environment; healthcare experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer and office technology
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with home care scheduling is preferred
