Healthcare Sales Representative

About the role

We are expanding our sales support team to drive growth for our innovative healthcare technology platform. Our mission is to ensure everyone has equal access to healthcare and workforce transportation through reliable medical transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing business and capture new customers across 7 states
• Implement and adhere to Carepool's regulations and policies
• Work in small, self-sufficient teams to achieve sales goals
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and direct experience preferred but not required
• Key contributor to our company's rapid growth

Requirements

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems
• Experience in sales, preferably in an industry related to healthcare or transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about our mission to improve healthcare access

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistent sales success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
