Role: Epic Analyst responsible for ensuring software modifications and upgrades meet Epic specifications. Key Responsibilities: Document system upgrades, provide user training, and troubleshoot issues within a 24/7 production environment. Qualifications & Skills: Epic Certification or the ability to certify within 3 months, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
