About the role
Support non-clinical dementia-care navigation and Medicare GUIDE support for patients, families, caregivers, and providers, with particular attention to decision-ready analysis. The role focuses on healthcare reporting coordination within dementia care navigation support, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Success means decision-ready analysis is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.
Responsibilities
- Track the workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
- Own the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
- Coordinate the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
- Review the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Maintain the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
Skills
- Use workflow and reporting tools confidently in dementia care navigation support.
- Apply dashboard reporting while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document business analysis decisions clearly for seamless handoffs.
- Exercise sound judgment, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Work Arrangement
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $52,000–$75,000 per year.
