About the role
This is an in-office, full-time position based in Omaha, NE. You’ll join the Healthcare Regulatory team and work directly with experienced professionals on a variety of client projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit practitioner and organizational Medicare and Medicaid enrollments.
- Track and coordinate Medicare and Medicaid revalidations.
- Initiate information requests for clients.
- Follow up on any development requests received from Medicare contractors.
- Send out approvals to clients.
- Perform telehealth locality reviews.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and create task lists.
- Support the Healthcare Regulatory department with a variety of tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
- Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and various software packages.
- Desire to build knowledge of healthcare terminology, policies, practices, and financial programs.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate a variety of activities to meet client needs in a timely manner.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
