About the role

This is an in-office, full-time position based in Omaha, NE. You’ll join the Healthcare Regulatory team and work directly with experienced professionals on a variety of client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit practitioner and organizational Medicare and Medicaid enrollments.
  • Track and coordinate Medicare and Medicaid revalidations.
  • Initiate information requests for clients.
  • Follow up on any development requests received from Medicare contractors.
  • Send out approvals to clients.
  • Perform telehealth locality reviews.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and create task lists.
  • Support the Healthcare Regulatory department with a variety of tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and various software packages.
  • Desire to build knowledge of healthcare terminology, policies, practices, and financial programs.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate a variety of activities to meet client needs in a timely manner.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
