Healthcare Recruiter, Executive Search (Partner Track)

About the role

Build a career in executive search, training on our healthcare executive-search partner track. You will learn to source and place the C-suite and senior leaders who run U.S. hospitals, health systems, and private-equity-backed provider platforms, backed by a proven operating system, real mentorship, and modern AI-powered tools.

Pay

Year 1: $200K to $400K. Year 2: $600K+. Uncapped, performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and build relationships with healthcare leaders and the organizations hiring them.
• Run your own desk with the support of a structured playbook and a mentor who has built one.
• Manage searches end to end, from market mapping through to the offer.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of recruiting, sales, or client-facing experience.
• Energy, drive, and resilience.
• Strong communication and comfort picking up the phone.
• Coachability.
