Healthcare Recruiter, Executive Search (Partner Track)

You will learn to source and place the C-suite and senior leaders who run U.S. hospitals, health systems, and private-equity-backed provider platforms, backed by a proven operating system, real mentorship, and modern AI-powered tools. What you can earn: $200K to $400K in Year 1. $600K+ in Year 2. Uncapped. What you will do: source, engage, and build relationships with healthcare leaders and the organizations hiring them; run your own desk with the support of a structured playbook and a mentor who has built one; and manage searches end to end, from market mapping through to the offer.
