About the role
ESS Clinical is seeking a motivated Recruiter to help connect dedicated professionals with meaningful opportunities supporting our school partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and performance-based rewards, while still caring deeply about candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact, and engage qualified candidates using outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, job boards, and ATS tools.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
- Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to evaluate fit for our school-based roles.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS.
- Foster long-term candidate relationships that lead to referrals and repeat placements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus).
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or talent sourcing preferred.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, performance metrics, and a fast-paced workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow a long-term recruiting career.
