Leafwell is seeking a Vermont-based healthcare provider, licensed in multiple states, who believes in cannabis as medicine to join the team and certify patients for medical cannabis.
Responsibilities
- Meet with patients via our telemedicine platform, open 7 days a week
- Provide a high-quality, compassionate experience
- Collaborate with our in-house patient care team to deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience
- Participate in Leafwell's ongoing education and research programs to help demystify cannabis as medicine
