About the role

Leafwell is seeking a Vermont-based healthcare provider, licensed in multiple states, who believes in cannabis as medicine to join the team and certify patients for medical cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients via our telemedicine platform, open 7 days a week
• Provide a high-quality, compassionate experience
• Collaborate with our in-house patient care team to deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience
• Participate in Leafwell's ongoing education and research programs to help demystify cannabis as medicine

• Licensed in multiple states
• Licensed to practice in Vermont
• Believes in cannabis as medicine
