About the Role

As a Healthcare Provider Business Operations - Grants Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for our clients. You will analyze client needs, develop strategic operational solutions, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance productivity and drive business performance within our Strategy practice. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation, while leveraging your broad understanding of operations consulting to deliver comprehensive guidance and support.

You will be accountable for coaching team members, utilizing their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Your growing business acumen will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, while embracing technology to enhance delivery. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in challenging conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client needs to develop tailored operational strategies for improved efficiency
  • Leading teams in the execution of business transformation initiatives within healthcare operations
  • Guiding the implementation of process optimization and operational excellence frameworks
  • Utilizing business data analytics to drive insights and enhance operational performance
  • Overseeing project resource management to align with client expectations and timelines
  • Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement to support change management and process improvement
  • Developing and maintaining service delivery models to enhance client satisfaction
  • Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in operations consulting
  • Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with clients and team members
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Grant writing and funding success
  • Excelling in Operations Strategy and Operational Performance Management
  • Implementing Process Improvement and Process Optimization techniques
  • Leading teams in Management Consulting and Change Management initiatives
  • Engaging in Strategic Questioning and Stakeholder Engagement activities

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
