Healthcare Project Manager-CA

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well with both clients and crews, and can confidently manage projects within active healthcare facilities. Healthcare restoration work comes with unique challenges, including strict compliance standards, infection control procedures, and rapid response expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of healthcare restoration projects from start to finish
• Crew coordination, subcontractor management, vendor oversight, equipment and material management
• Development of project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies
• Conducting site inspections, quality control reviews, and project walkthroughs
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, ICRA, ILSM, and infection control standards
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, permits, and compliance records
• Serving as the primary point of contact for healthcare administrators, facility managers, and stakeholders
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
• Coordination of emergency response and mitigation efforts for water, fire, mold, and environmental incidents
• Minimizing disruption to healthcare operations while delivering exceptional service and quality results

What We're Looking For

• Project management experience in restoration, construction, healthcare facilities, or related industries
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments
• PREFERRED: Understanding of OSHA, ICRA, and healthcare compliance standards
• PREFERRED: Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and documentation systems
• PREFERRED: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout California as needed
• PREFERRED: Certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30 Certification, ICRA Certification, AHERA and/or Mold Remediation Certifications, HAZWOPER Certification, and Healthcare Construction Certification
