About the role
Provides professional nursing care to patients and families, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Performs general nursing duties, administers medications, and coordinates patient care activities.
- Assists providers during procedures, treatments, examinations, and tests.
- Monitors, records, and reports patient conditions and responses to treatments.
- Manages appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergency cases and maintaining clinic flow.
- Prepares patients for examinations, conducts health assessments, and documents information.
- Responds to patient inquiries and educates on health, medications, and wellness.
- Maintains exam rooms, ensures cleanliness, and manages medical supplies.
- Labels specimens, performs quality control, and records lab test data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Effective communication, visual acuity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
