What You Will Do
- Develop and manage executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations nationwide with the goal of generating new partnership opportunities, expanding enterprise engagement, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify workforce gaps and align Risepoint solutions to organizational priorities including recruitment, retention, career mobility, leadership development, and employee upskilling initiatives.
- Generate and cultivate new partnership opportunities by identifying prospective organizations, leading discovery meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and facilitating negotiations for partnership agreements.
- Own the business opportunity from initial contact through execution to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations by helping connect workforce challenges to scalable education and talent development solutions that deliver measurable organizational outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal academic, workforce, and operational teams to develop customized workforce development solutions that support client growth, employee development, and talent pipeline expansion.
- Support partner initiatives such as apprenticeship pathways, career ladders, clinical workforce pipelines, leadership development programs, and employer-sponsored education models designed to improve workforce stability and organizational performance.
- Develop compelling partnership proposals and business cases that clearly demonstrate measurable ROI, workforce impact, employee outcomes, and long-term value creation for partner organizations.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder healthcare environments and long sales cycles with confidence, professionalism, and strong business acumen.
- Manage partnership opportunities throughout the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and executive engagement through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, launch coordination, and account expansion.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution, partner satisfaction, and ongoing growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and partnership activity within Salesforce to support performance tracking, reporting, and revenue growth objectives.
- Represent Risepoint at healthcare and workforce development conferences, executive meetings, and industry events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Stay informed on emerging trends impacting healthcare workforce transformation, employer-sponsored education, talent development, and healthcare labor market dynamics.
- Build brand credibility and market awareness through thought leadership, relationship development, and strategic industry engagement.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Experience That Matters Most: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred); 5–7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, consultative sales, workforce solutions, or healthcare relationship management; proven success driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems, healthcare organizations, or other complex enterprise environments; demonstrated ability to manage long consultative sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making processes; experience meeting or exceeding performance goals, partnership targets, or revenue objectives; strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; highly organized with strong project management, pipeline management, and time management abilities; self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience That’s Great To Have: Knowledge of U.S. higher education, healthcare workforce trends, and employer-sponsored education models; familiarity with workforce development initiatives including apprenticeships, career pathways, and healthcare talent pipeline strategies; experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and partnership performance; experience working with healthcare workforce development, continuing education, or talent solutions organizations.
