Healthcare Operations Manager | Remote

Position: Strategic Project Lead, MD/Health Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $400K - $550K/yr Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Own projects end-to-end from pipeline framing and scoping through execution and delivery.Translate customer needs into clear, actionable project specifications for Health and Medicine workflows.Design and continuously improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.Align Operations and Health/Medicine domain experts for rapid project deployment.Set delivery milestones and drive a consistent execution cadence.Manage client communication and ensure clear, direct, and consistent updates.Manage Health/Medicine domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and timely delivery. Requirements MD or equivalent medical degree.Strong experience in medicine, healthcare, clinical practice, medical research, or a related field.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.Startup or entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution.Strong experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or healthcare-related initiatives.Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear plans and execute rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
