About the role

The Area Operations Manager oversees daily operations across multiple outpatient mental health clinics, ensuring efficient systems, compliance, and a positive environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with patients and staff.
• Lead by example to foster team success.
• Monitor and optimize office systems and equipment.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Train and supervise office personnel, creating training materials.
• Ensure patient data security and compliance with privacy policies.
• Manage supplies, facilities, and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Oversee office budget and maintain a clean, safe environment.
