Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Facility Administrator to manage and oversee the daily operations of the dialysis clinic. This role requires strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and collaboration with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility, and prior direct patient care experience. Key responsibilities include managing clinic operations, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with physicians and staff.
