Healthcare & Life Sciences Expert - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Reconstruct business slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Enhance slides through improved layouts, visual hierarchy, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Edit content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and effective communication.
• Preserve healthcare-specific terminology, definitions, evidence, and important caveats.
• Review and refine materials related to clinical data, market access, product launches, regulatory topics, and safety communications.
• Create detailed logs explaining improvements made and elements intentionally preserved.
• Clearly communicate the reasoning behind content, design, and messaging decisions.
• Complete each slide assignment within the expected 1-2 hour timeframe as part of flexible, project-based sprints.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare consulting.
• Proven experience creating or editing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences terminology and communication standards.
• Excellent written communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
• Ability to explain evidence-supported messaging, content choices, and visual design decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory, safety, or market access communications.
• Experience presenting complex healthcare information to senior stakeholders or clients.
• Strong visual storytelling and content-editing abilities.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or similar tools (though not required).
