Healthcare Lead (1143809)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare planning efforts including clinical programming, workflow analysis, operational assessments, and facility planning.
• Guide the planning and design of hospitals, ambulatory care centers, specialty clinics, surgical facilities, and other healthcare environments.
• Facilitate user group meetings, visioning sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into innovative, patient-centered planning solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, clinicians, and stakeholders.
• Lead business development activities, proposal efforts, and client presentations.
• Mentor teams and contribute to the growth and leadership of the healthcare practice.
• Support financial performance, resource planning, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Healthcare Planning, or related field.
• Professional licensure (RA, AIA, NCARB, Interior Design, or equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience in architecture, healthcare planning, or healthcare design.
• Proven experience leading clinical planning workshops, programming sessions, and healthcare strategy initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and planning best practices.
• Experience with evidence-based design, operational analytics, and healthcare facility planning.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and client management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
