Schedule
Hybrid; 3 days onsite per week with remote flexibility for remaining days. Must be local to Seattle, Washington.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Epic Systems: Hands-on experience managing projects involving Epic EHR applications, upgrades, optimizations, or integrations
- Workday: Experience managing Workday implementations, modules (HCM, Finance, Supply Chain), or integrations
- ServiceNow / CMMS: Experience managing ITSM, ServiceNow, facilities, asset management, or CMMS projects
- Vendor management and budget oversight experience
- Experience working across multiple IT and operational departments within a large organization
- Experience managing technology implementations, system upgrades, application deployments, or infrastructure initiatives
- Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet and/or Jira, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong risk, issue, stakeholder, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, clinical teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive status updates
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project methodologies, and organizational governance requirements
- Support testing, implementation planning, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization
- Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while ensuring deliverables remain on schedule
