Healthcare Filed CTO

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s primary voice for healthcare externally, engaging with industry executives
• Partner with sales teams on strategic opportunities, involving in executive briefings and workshops
• Translate complex healthcare data challenges into narratives connecting to the platform
• Build relationships with industry bodies, health systems, and technology partners
• Act as the conduit between healthcare field and Product Management, advocating for critical capabilities
• Upskill account teams on healthcare selling motions and act as an escalation resource

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology with healthcare focus
• Hands-on experience with healthcare IT environments, including EMR/EHR systems
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations like HIPAA and HITECH
• Field-facing technical leadership experience such as Field CTO or similar roles
• Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives
• Familiarity with data security and management concepts in healthcare
• Strong communication skills and ability to create original thought leadership content
