About Sagara Health Sagara Health is building AI specifically for care management through its NexCM platform. The platform captures care-management conversations, transcribes them, identifies relevant information and converts that information into structured documentation and follow-up actions. The goal is to reduce the administrative burden on care managers so they can spend more time supporting patients and members. Sagara was founded by an experienced managed-care leadership team with more than 70 years of combined experience across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, health-plan operations, value-based care, healthcare technology and care management.
