Healthcare Driver - Nashville, TN

About the role

We are seeking drivers who want to take consistent rides and build trusting relationships with individuals who have special needs, developmental disabilities, or the aging population.

Responsibilities

• Drive individuals with special needs, developmental disabilities, or the aging population to their destinations.
• Ensure safe and secure transport at all times.
• Build trust and rapport with riders.
• Work on your own schedule on a project basis.
• Partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minus a minor ticket or two, every 2-5 years).
• At least 21 years old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
• Healthcare specific experience and 1-year Professional Driving preferred.
