Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to secure financial commitments for patient treatment
• Utilize financial options to support case acceptance
• Educate patients on treatment choices and address objections
• Proactively keep Dentist's schedules productive
• Support patients in making the best possible decision for their budget
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model
• Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred
• Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances
• Results-oriented, patient advocate, process-focused operator, financial acumen, and influencer
• Ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and confidentiality handling
• Organized and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills

Compensation Information

$18.00 - $25.50 / Hourly
