About the Role

A rapidly growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of healthcare interior projects, primarily within hospital and outpatient lab environments. Projects range from ~$2M-$5M. This position offers a clear trajectory into senior leadership roles as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure project execution meets quality and safety standards
• Drive project delivery within active hospital or clinical environments
• Partner with leadership to support continued growth and operational scaling

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong background in healthcare interiors, specifically hospitals or outpatient labs
• Experience managing projects in the $3M+ range
• Background with established general contractors preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Pay

Base salary typically ranging from $115K-$140K depending on experience.
